Docs list who would be allowed to die in a catastrophe

A panel of doctors has listed recommendations for who wouldn't get care in a health catastrophe. The list includes the very elderly, seriously hurt trauma victims, and severely burned patients. The idea is to try to ensure scarce resources are used in uniform, objective way. However, the recommendations probably violate age- and disability-bias laws.
